TERMS OF USE
Use permission responsibly.
OnceAsk provides address-confirmation, permission, API, and private-delivery infrastructure. By using the service, you agree to use it only for legitimate relationships and authorized physical delivery.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, activity under your account, and protecting passwords, API keys, and other credentials. Do not share credentials more broadly than necessary.
Developer integrations should use the least-privilege scope appropriate to the task. A contact existing in an account does not by itself establish recipient permission for private delivery.
Recipient permission
You may use OnceAsk to request or use a mailing address only for a lawful and legitimate purpose. You must respect the permission selected by the recipient, including one-time sharing, update permissions, private delivery, revocation, and any other limits shown by the service.
You may not use OnceAsk to evade consent, discover a person's location, harass or stalk someone, send deceptive or unlawful material, or create an address database from information you are not authorized to collect.
APIs and agents
OnceAsk APIs and MCP tools are intended to let authenticated users and applications resolve known recipients, request permission, and perform authorized actions. You may not use the service for bulk people-search, unauthorized enumeration, scraping, credential abuse, or attempts to bypass privacy controls.
You are responsible for the applications and agents you connect to OnceAsk and for configuring them so they follow the permissions and structured next actions returned by the service.
Fulfillment providers
OnceAsk may route authorized deliveries to third-party fulfillment providers. Those providers may have their own terms, service areas, pricing, content rules, and delivery limitations. OnceAsk does not guarantee a carrier or provider's delivery time, acceptance, or final performance.
When a feature is identified as legacy or read-only, it should not be relied on as an active fulfillment workflow. Current supported delivery methods are the ones identified in the product and developer documentation.
Acceptable use
Do not use OnceAsk for spam, fraud, impersonation, abusive messaging, illegal goods or activity, security attacks, malware, or conduct that infringes another person's rights. Do not attempt to reverse engineer private recipient data from delivery tokens or other capabilities.
OnceAsk may limit, suspend, or terminate access when necessary to protect recipients, users, providers, the service, or to comply with law.
Service availability
The service may change as OnceAsk develops new permission and fulfillment capabilities and retires older ones. Features may be unavailable temporarily, and third-party integrations may change independently of OnceAsk.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without a guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every delivery use case. You remain responsible for confirming that your use complies with applicable law and recipient instructions.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the service changes. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by law. Effective September 8, 2026.
